A 100% Italian oil with an intense and "Fresh" taste that can "tingle" slightly in the throat because it is made with olives that are slightly more unripe. It is suitable for any type of dish, but it can be fully appreciated when used raw.

The olives used are a mix of Taggiasche, Pignola, Merlina, Colombara, Leccina, Frantoiana varieties, all strictly organic.

Ruxià is available in different formats of 250 ml, 750 ml, 3L, and 5L, to meet every need.
