PRICES
The prices indicated are valid for Italy and include VAT. Due to seasonal variations of some products or possible errors and/or omissions, prices may change without notice. Therefore, we kindly ask you to check the prices on the invoice.
PACKAGING
Included in the price.
TRANSPORT
The transport via courier is €15.00 including VAT throughout Italy, excluding islands, for all orders.
For the islands, a fixed contribution of €20.00 including VAT applies to all orders.
Delivery is expected at the entrance of the indicated address. Delivery to the floor, at boxes or cellars is not provided unless at the courier's discretion at the time of delivery.
DELIVERY
It occurs via our courier in about 5-10 working days from the order upon our confirmation. For the month of December, due to the overlap of the olive harvest season, the Immaculate Conception holiday, and the Christmas holidays, it is advisable to place orders by November to avoid delivery delays from couriers.
PAYMENT
It can be made:
1) by credit card or PayPal account using affiliated Credit Cards and/or the PayPal system; Sommariva Srl unipersonale uses the PayPal and Shopify Payments circuits for all electronic payments. If payment is made via PayPal, to complete the transaction, you will be redirected to a secure webpage managed directly by PayPal. This obviously does not require having an account with PayPal. For credit card payments, the card details are transmitted via a secure https connection to the Shopify Payments circuit. For this reason, Sommariva Srl unipersonale does not hold its Customers' credit card numbers but only the unique reference to the data that resides on the Secure Shopify servers. Credit cards issued by any bank can be used, provided they belong to authorized circuits.

INVOICING
Customers who require an invoice must request it by entering the VAT Number and also the SDI CODE or PEC in their registration data or in the notes field of the cart.
RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
The delivered goods remain the property of Sommariva S.r.l. until payment of the invoice has been made.
IMAGES OF THE SITE
All images on the site are the property of Sommariva S.r.l. Their reproduction and/or use are prohibited unless explicitly authorized. The images of the products and gift packaging are to be considered purely illustrative. The delivered product may differ from that illustrated due to graphic variations in labels or packaging.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
It is advisable to carefully check the goods before collection, immediately reporting any shortages or breakages to the courier, which must be indicated on the delivery document. Subsequent disputes will not be accepted if not indicated on the transport document. Any returns must be sent to us, upon our authorization, freight prepaid and accompanied by a return declaration. Returns of expired or near-expiry goods will not be accepted.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206 and subsequent amendments, has the right to withdraw from the contract and proceed with the return of the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, notifying Sommariva Srl unipersonale by writing to Sommariva Srl unipersonale, Via Mameli, 7 – 17031 Albenga (SV), calling the phone number 0182/559.222 or writing to the address info@oliosommariva.it.
The returned goods must be intact and include the packaging with which they were delivered.
Sommariva Srl unipersonale will proceed with the refund of the amount paid within 14 days from the customer's communication of withdrawal, including any transport costs charged for delivery. The transport costs for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
PROTECTION OF MINORS
Minors under 18 years of age are not authorized to register and transmit orders through our online store.
