A 100% Italian oil with an intense and "Fresh" taste that can "tingle" slightly in the throat because it is made with olives that are slightly more unripe. This is also thanks to the favorable position of the olive groves, located at 400 m above sea level. It is suitable for any type of dish, but it can be fully appreciated when used raw.

The olives used are a mix of Taggiasche, Pignola, Merlina, Colombara, Leccina, Frantoiana varieties, all strictly organic.

Ruxià is available in various formats of 500 ml, 750 ml, 3L, and 5L, to meet every need.
