The Cream of Wild Garlic, obtained with plants coming from the agricultural tradition Sommariva, follows the typical recipe of the Italian cuisine, replacing the more traditional basil with the green and aromatic leaves of wild garlic.
The result is a cream with a characteristic and tasty taste that will not leave any palate indifferent.
To be tried on fish dishes or to dress pasta dishes, or on vegetables.
