Ruxià is the Extra Virgin Olive Oil certified BIO
The olives used are a mixture of varieties of Taggiasche, Pignola, Merlina, Colombara, Leccina, Frantoiana.
It is a very tasty and "fresh" oil, so it can slightly "pinch" in the throat because the olives used are slightly more immature.
It is suitable for any type of dish but especially raw in order to be able to fully appreciate it.
Also available in 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 2L and 5L sizes.
The 5 litre format is available in glass or tin demijohns.
